We are excited to be the official distributor of Professor Paul Sharp and his Company Sharper Defense

Paul Sharp is a 2nd degree blackbelt under Chris Haueter and a head coach at SBG Idaho. Paul is also 1/6 of the Shivworks Collective, a group known for its realistic and data driven approach to self protection.

Paul Sharp is a retired police officer with over 22 years of experience.  His assignments have included patrol, SWAT, resident officer, undercover narcotics detective and neighborhood response officer.  Paul has graduated from numerous firearms and tactics courses and is an Illinois State firearms instructor, RangeMaster Firearms Instructor, defensive knife instructor, defensive tactics instructor and was the lead pistol instructor for his agency.

Paul began training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in 1993, holds a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under coach Chris Haueter. Additionally Paul has been recognized as an instructor in the Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do concepts as well as Mixed Martial Arts.
